Returns + Exchanges


Returns of products purchased from the shop can be made at any time for store credit. 

A refund is only offered if damage or technical weakness is found in a product at the time of its receipt. 

Damage or technical issues must be photographically documented and submitted within 3 days of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. 

Custom orders are final, non exchangeable, and non-refundable. 



Exchanges may be made within 1 week of purchase, and will be shipped as soon as the item being exchanged has been returned.  


Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the product is being returned due to damage or technical issues found at time of receipt.  Photos and written record of damage or technical issue must be provided within 3 days of receipt. 

In this case all shipping and product costs will be fully refunded as soon as the item has been returned.
